Do you manage customer funds?
No. YOTEWO manufactures hardware wallets only. Our products are non‑custodial: keys are generated and stored on your device, and only you authorize transactions. We cannot access, freeze, or recover funds, and we will never ask for your recovery phrase. If anyone claims to be support and requests your seed, do not share it.
Is this an exchange or wallet service?
No. We are not an exchange, broker, or hosted wallet provider. The device works with compatible open‑source wallet software to sign transactions locally on your hardware. You retain custody at all times and can choose whichever wallet app you prefer.
Where are your devices manufactured?
YOTEWO devices are designed in the UK and manufactured in ISO‑certified facilities in Germany. Production follows strict quality standards. Always initialize the device yourself and follow the official setup guide; never use pre‑generated recovery phrases.
What cryptocurrencies are supported?
Our hardware supports major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, along with many other networks through compatible open‑source wallets. Supported assets can evolve as firmware and wallet apps update. For the most accurate list, check the coin selection in your chosen wallet application.
Do I need to create an account to use the device?
No account is required to set up or use the device. You can generate keys and sign transactions entirely offline. Account registration is optional and used only for warranty and support. We do not store or see your recovery phrase.
Do you manage funds?
No. We never hold, control, or move funds on your behalf. Transactions are signed locally on your device and broadcast by the wallet software you use. Keep your recovery phrase offline and private; YOTEWO will never ask for it. If you lose the recovery phrase, we cannot restore it.
